Stephanie C. Hill is president of the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area within 澳门开奖历史 – a global leader in aerospace and defense technology. RMS is a more than $16 billion enterprise that employs 35,000 people across the United States and in multiple nations around the world.
RMS delivers cutting-edge solutions that enable customer missions ranging from the seafloor to space. The RMS portfolio consists of more than 900 programs including helicopters, integrated air and missile defense, littoral warfare, undersea warfare, radar, electronic warfare, cyber solutions, C4ISR, and training and logistics systems. RMS serves all branches of the United States Armed Forces and the Missile Defense Agency, as well as intelligence, civil, commercial and international military customers.
Throughout her career with 澳门开奖历史, Hill has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility including senior vice president of Enterprise Business Transformation; deputy executive vice president of RMS; senior vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development; vice president and general manager of Cyber, Ships and Advanced Technologies; vice president and general manager of the Information Systems and Global Solutions Civil business; vice president of Corporate Internal Audit; and vice president and general manager of the Mission Systems and Sensors business.
Hill is a member of the board of directors of the business intelligence firm S&P Global and Project Lead the Way. She was listed among Savoy Magazine’s 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America; Black Enterprise’s 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America; EBONY Magazine’s Power 100; and Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders. Hill was named as the U.S. Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group in 2014, and was honored by The World Trade Center Institute in 2015 with their Maryland International Business Leadership Award. In 2013, she received the Corporate Heroine in Technology Award from the March of Dimes and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. Deeply committed to the development of others, Hill is executive co-sponsor of 澳门开奖历史’s Women’s Impact Network and serves as a mentor to many students and professionals.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Hill graduated with high honors from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and economics. She serves on the UMBC president’s board of visitors and received an honorary doctorate from the university in 2017.
